enough is as good as a feast

Let me just say that I had 4 kids all week. There. That is my excuse, and we all know what excuses are like. I had a great week with the kids, so I don't mind if I missed a little. On Friday I took off to Galveston with Jodi so I did not bike Fri, Sat or Sun, but I got a couple of runs in on Seawall. That was cool.

Week P12 totals:
swim 1:00 3050 (tried to go 2 other times and was turned away by the weather)
bike 6:20 108 miles (ALL trainer miles! That should count as twice as many!)
run: 3:40 23.75 miles
total: 11:00
